Delivery of artwork (products) will be dispatched within 5-7 working days upon receiving the funds.
If a delay is possible, an e-mail will be sent advising of the revised delivery times.
PigmentMart* cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to post/courier failure.
Shipping & Returns
PigmentMart and Snowflake refers to the the art gallery and the management operating it. ArtWork refers to all the crafted work that can be found on PigmentMart, including but not limited to original paintings, and prints.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring PigmentMart receives the complete and correct address information for shipping purposes.
- Payment is required in full prior to processing orders.
Replacements & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is paramount with PigmentMart. In all cases we will try to ensure that all customers receive the service they deserve. In some instances it may be necessary for PigmentMart to replace or refund damage prints. Below are general guidelines that PigmentMart follows in servicing our customers.
Notice of damaged merchandise must be submitted to PigmentMart in writing within 72 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier. Damaged artwork needs to be returned to PigmentMart for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. In some instances, PigmentMart may waiver this requirement upon discretion of PigmentMart management. Upon contacting PigmentMart further details on replacement procedures will be provided. Please keep the original packing as the courier company may well need sight of it. If you have any doubts about the condition when you receive it sign it as unchecked.
PigmentMart is not responsible for damage accrued to artwork after they have been delivered and caused by the customer or a third party. Third parties may include but is not limited to framers, retail establishments, or a second order customer.Grounds that are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund include but are not limited to differences in color tones or hues than expected, substrate properties, smudging, fingerprints or scratches that occur due to your handling, direct exposure to the elements such as heat and moisture, late deliveries or incorrectly submitted shipping addresses.
We will only acknowledge returned goods if you have proof of delivery. We will refund the postage once the item in question is rechecked.
